Refund & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your over-the-counter order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchange.
  • Items intended for personal use, such as Hand Sanitizers & Thermometers, are final sale for hygienic purposes.
  • Returned items must be returned unopened, in original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

As per the guidelines of the Ontario College of Pharmacy, “Medications which are returned to the pharmacy cannot be re-dispensed to another patient”, therefore we cannot offer any refunds on any prescription medications once they have left the pharmacy.

If a refund has been issued, please allow 3-5** business days for this change to be reflected on your statement. To initiate a return or exchange, please call Hyde Park Care Pharmacy at (519) 474-0996 and speak to one of our staff members.
